At Dimitrios-Ikons, we carefully prepare and package every order. If you wish to return an item or report a problem, please contact us.

Returns

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Please email info@dimitrios-ikons.com, stating your order number and the items you wish to return. An unequivocal cancellation statement is sufficient; prior approval is not required.

Please send the items back within 14 calendar days after notifying us.

Condition & Packaging

Please handle items carefully and package them securely for their return journey. Use the original packaging where possible, but it is not a condition of your right to return.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers pay the direct cost of return shipping when returning an item because they have changed their mind. We do not charge a restocking fee.

For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items, we cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return method.

We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging.

We will help arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement or a refund, in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

There is no 48-hour deadline that limits your statutory rights.

Refunds

For a cancellation under our 14-day return policy, we will reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you cancel the entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option you selected are not refundable beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. We do not charge a refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
